Map Throttle to Xbox 360 controller's right analog stick

Hi, "Throttle" is mapped to "RT" by default, is there a way to map "Throttle" to Xbox 360 Controller's right analog stick. Has anyone done this before?

The configuration I want is
- right analog stick UP = throttle
- right analog stick DOWN = break

I do not see this option in Steam's Official Configuration (see screenshot below) after scrolling through the possible options.

It is also not inside the game's settings ( see screen below), when I click on Secondary > Throttle > analog stick Up, it does nothing.

I fought with this for a while, helped by the fact the game didn't want to "see" my controller.
I found the following helps:
Go to Steam, Library, ETS2
open the game settings, configuration
under controller where you see "Use Default", click for a dropdown and choose "Disable Steam"
Restart your game and use the in game Controller Configuration

you will lose some functionality, as Steam configurations allow for multi input buttons, but you can map your throttle to the right stick =)
