Game keeps resetting settings

Hello, the game (again) keeps resetting graphics settings every single time I launch it. This was able to be fixed before by running the game in "administrator mode". Now it does not work anymore. How to fix this?

thats a your computer / admin problem . Turn off OneDrive if its on too .

Go into windows defender or whatever anti-virus you use, go into the settings and turn off "Controlled Folder Access"

What this function does when it is on is it prevents many programs from modifying any files in your documents folder. Most games save to the documents folder so having this switched to "on" can mess with several games and their save files. The feature is set to "on" by default so unless you turned it off yourself that is probably what is causing this issue.

I'm not an expert (so this is more a guess) but are you starting the game in safe mode? This might be the problem.
