Of course it is! But who cares? It's a single player game and you can do as you like. :)
Personally, I don't take a job like that, I just choose from what's available in the city where I'm located at the time. No heavy job? Maybe I get one next time. :)
I am also starting to feel disappointed about the game.
I know the belgian and dutch highways and it's not like it in real life.
You can always try some map mods, like ProMods, and have much more better environment, motorways and cities...
