The problem with these types of petitions is they can also have a negative affect. Take into account how many Romania players there are versus how many sign... if there is a significant difference they could take the view that the majority are not bothered and thus it is not important enough to work on.
The vote number is meaningless as the target is set by the maker. Now if you had a set a target that was half of the current players/owners in Romania and it hit the target that would be both impressive and worth consideration.
But you have to look at it realistically from a map making perspective. Is Romania the next best option? Surely the best option would be to get Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, and Montenegro in there first, then look at moving further East including ROmania, Ukrain, Belarus, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia?
I appreciate that being Romania you want to see your country represented, but that doesn't necessarily mean it would be right for it to be the next on the list. The fact that Romania borders Hungary does put you in a good geographical position, but would it make more sense for SCS to first complete Italy and add the countries on the Adriatic Sea first?
Regardless; I wish you well with this endeavour, and hope it may bare some fruit for you.
I have used the Promods map and it is great, but I prefer to stay with the game DLCs, just because I sometimes run into compatibility issues with mods.
