go customize it gives you an option

It's easy enough to drive both LHD and RHD, just takes a while to get used to - pretty much the same as getting used to switching sides from UK/EU it just takes a tiny bit more effort to get used to.

That said, you can change it if you go to the repair shop in the customization section for all the default SCS trucks, you can do it for some modded trucks as well but some mod authors don't bother adding RHD but only add LHD for some reason.

Because making a RHD option requires the making of an entirely separate interior.

You could Google "Quick Job trucks mods" but I'm not sure there'll be many, if at all, that have an extra interior.
I tried for months to make my own RHD interior for LHD mod trucks and eventually gave up and got used to LHD :/
Stick with the RHD for now .. or take Quick Jobs in the UK because UK is LHD by default.

I'm an Aussie, we drive on the left side of the road, driver on right side of vehicle. I've been driving for 40 years on the left :steammocking:

I had to get used to driving on the right, sitting on the left of the vehicle.

Takes a while, but know I can drive either without any hassels. :104:

It's not just a case of making a new interior, the panels where the wipers attach are also different, as the wiper sweep is different..

You are mixing two definitions. UK is RHD - Right Hand Drive - driver sits on right, but is LHT - Left Hand Traffic - they are driving on left.
So, LHD is in Europe and US, RHD is in UK, Australia and Japan

Or the easy answer, don't take any quick jobs that originate in the UK.

Yup. Sorry. Got twixt.
What I meant to say - sigh - was taking Quick Jobs in countries that are LHD by default. At least until OP can afford a truck.

I supplied RHD trucks for everyone except me in the London garage.
In my Budapest garage, everyone has LHD trucks.
I'm perfectly able o drive on both sides of the road, but because most of my trips go to and through Europe, I chose a left hand drive truck, which is more comfortable since I've been driving in the USA now for over 42 years.
