Thanks for the reply :), Seen as the games are practically the same, Do you think a quick covert over would work? "I.E" extract textures from ATS and place them in an ETS mod file kinda thing. I'm not exactly new to this i have my own trailers in ETS2 but that's just a "paste" over what's already there with what you want.
I ain't gonna openly say yes but I'm not gonna say no either.
Since it's a DLC, the files for that trailer are all bundled together, hence it could be easy to extract them and then easier to modify them. But since it's an american trailer, it wasn't proofed for european roads, tighter and narrower with stricter lengths' restrictions.
