Events not showing?

Hi,

I'm back to ETS for the event, yesterday I went to Amsterdam, there was no job event job available event though the event page says there's a job from Amsterdam. Annoying but anyway, i got a job to reach Bremen, but here I am in Bremen and again there's no job related to the event.

Is the event finished already, do I need to go to a special place or something for the cargo to show up?

Any help appreciated.

1. Are you looking in external contracts? 2. Do you have enough skill points in distance driving?
3. I recommed to sort the freight list after best price per km (descending), should be always at the first page 4. if not refresh the list, should be there at least after 3-5 times refreshing

I have 4 points in long distance, I can drive up to ~1000kms i think?
Yes I go to external contract, I first went to Amsterdam like last night (+8GMT) and went back today after work like 1 hours ago and there was still no contract.
In Bremen I refreshed the page many times but it didn't show up in any of the 4 pages of available jobs.
I'll try again a bit later, with more luck hopefully.

4 Points means max. 1.100 km, so far i know Amsterdam - Bratislava is longer than that.

Go to Munich. It's pretty close to Bratislava which means the long distance shouldn't be a problem. If something doesn't show up there, you might have an issue.

For today and tomorrow the shortest routes are these:
Prag -> Bratislava = 346 km
München -> Bratislava = 478 km
Berlin -> Bratislava = 607 km
Stuttgart -> Bratislava = 679 km
Frankfurt -> Bratislava = 740 km
Mannheim -> Bratislava = 793 km

Destination is BCP company in Bratislava. You can try to set a navpoint there and have a rough approximation of your distance from there. If it exceeds your limit move to somewhere closer.

Where are the destinations showed? I only see from where, but it might be difficult to check all cities everyday to know the distances.

@Crocodile - From your profile I can see you have barely 12 hours of game play on ETS2. Not only you need to boost your Long Distance skill but you need to discover those ten cities with event trailers, and then you need a truck of your own to access External Contracts (the only way to join any official event).

If you want to complete it I strongly suggest you to play ETS2 a lots, you can still do in time before event ends : )

Yes Crocodile, the reason was that I was too far away from the city (Bratislava) to have the job show up.

Speaking of: Anyone got jobs in Prag?
I couldn't find one there over 2 days. Probably the distance is to short... Other cities got me jobs as intended.
