I have 30 mods running and still have been able to do them.
You can only find the load in each of the 10 towns. they won't show up if you're outside those towns.

you're selecting External Contracts and not Freight, correct?
I had to refresh it a couple times before it showed sometimes

Refreshing the job page always helps.

Also, if you sort the jobs by " ↓ price per distance" then the ETRC trailers always appear first in the list of available jobs. (This info came from SCS in their blog, but I think it depends which DLC's you have installed. I generally find the ETRC trucks appearing below any heavy cargo loads such as yachts and mobile cranes, but you should still find the relevant trailers on the first or second page of jobs.)

What level is your long distance driving at? I had to level mine up before any showed up for me as I was at lvl 2, they showed up at lvl 4 (It will vary depending on start point and destination).
There are some mods that can affect the WoT contracts too so its possible depending on what the mod does (I'm not sure which mods affect it and which are ok).

This is crucial information too. I normally use a separate profile with maxxed out skills for WoT events, because it's one way of eliminating issues searching for available jobs. If all your skills carry full points, you know that all jobs should be available to you.

It is possible for some mods to prevent the jobs showing up. Given you've only added one mod, try removing it and see if the jobs show up.

I have the same problem. I do not see loads of the truck event. I was in 2 calendar cities and there are no jobs. Is it possible that starting with a new profile this happens because you have novice level? Is the event required to have a specific minimum level?

sorry for my English! it is translated automatically.

You will need at least 4 points in your Long Distance skill in order to see the loads that cover that much distance.

You also need to own your own truck.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! It was driving me crazy! I go around Berlin! I go and I come with loads and nothing! they did not appear! I assumed that I would need a truck of my own and the preferred working distance at the highest level. It had not occurred to me to put skill points for this! Well, to work and collect those points! later I tell if I succeed !!! :)

I don't know if you own map DLCs, but in one more hour the current destination (base game) will change to Oslo (Scandinavia DLC) so you may remain without jobs for the next three days.

On top of that, if you really own the base game alone, after Oslo period is over and until the end of the event itself, you have barely five destinations only (and a lot of no jobs periods). So if you want to fully complete it, hurry up ; )

luckily for me, i have scandinavia.

although i find it unfair that event contracts require you to go to DLC-only cities. events should include everyone who owns the base game

For fairness suppose so.

But as this is an official FIA ETRC event, those are the cities the races actually take place (or as near as possible as some of the actual track locations are not in game).

Having said that 5/15 destinations are DLC, rest are base (Ancona (Italy), Oslo (Scandinavia), St. Petersburg (Baltic), Helsinki (Baltic), Milano (Italy). Not sure about Le Mans if it's base or France...

6/15 -- Budapest is in Going East DLC.

But your point remains: 9 destinations in the base game offer plenty of opportunity to get 5 destinations for the event. ;)
