It has nothing to do with ETS2.
As Fetus said, the wheel has a shorter turn radius (if the amazon page is correct it is 240° rotation) as the game itself (900° steering).
So a Full turn of the wheel wont give a 1:1 rotation with the wheel ingame as your wheel turns less.
That other racing games work better with that rotation is that those usually have a shorter rotation of the steering wheel (like it is with most real race cars too...usually something between 180-240 degree) and so are more prone to have a 1:1 turn radius with the used wheel (or can be set up better that it fits more).
But try to look into the controller settings and see if there isn't anything in there that might do the trick. Or do a calibration of your wheel.
I play to have fun and relax, not to recreate real life. ;)
it should work

Thank you for your help,
I've just tried but nothing changed. The driver installed, I can control it when I check the hardvare settings but once I started the game the second led never lights which means for me the game is not connecting with the wheel.
I'm so sad about it. I do not have any idea, do you have any other maybe?
Thanks
