Unorthorized border crossing

I have now gotten a 2000 euro fine when I tried to cross the border from Hungary to Romania close to Szeged. I don't know what i have done wrong. it always happens between the first passport check and the weight station. It have happen to times now and its always when I go from Hungary to Romania. They have always said ''ok, everthing is in order' at the passport check. is it just me or is it a bug?

Bump.....

Got this today going into Boznia, from Croatia, near Banja Luka. Used the only truck lane, no weigh scales there. Surely has to be a bug.

Drove through there multiple times, never had an issue. If you get cited in the X-Ray building then you have to drive into that. If you didn't you are getting a fine.

Ooooooooooh, there's an X-Ray building.. Thanks, I saw a door open on a building but the other end was closed and no signs visible.
