Happy Trucking
But Ive got another problem now.. Suddenly my truck is messed up.. I can no longer roll in the gears and i cant use the clutch to clutch out and go in to another gear and then release the clutch again to engage the gear. Its not like we use double clutching anymore :S
But even if, then the clutch doesnt but the truch in free run, but instead it brakes between all gears. Like im having some strange mixture of an automatic and manual gearbox! Icant figure this out :_(
Maybe if you go to the setup wizard and set up all your controls again?
Don't get me wrong, and I don't want to be rude, but it amazes me sometimes how can people mess everything up over some simple things
Edit:
Also, have you selected your shifter from drop down menu in your controls options?
Shifter Layout Behavior - Advanced
Shifter Fast Split (advanced only) - Clutch Press {ets version of pre select} works nicely
Then in your console type the following hit enter
Also press the ; key multiple times just to make sure your retarder is not on, if it is, as soon as you clutch for any period of time that thing will haul you to a stop..
Hope all this helps :)
Happy trucking 🚚🚛
The braking issue wasnt the retarder, but the brake was somehow constantly on, as it was bound to some key i dont even know lol xD
But thanks once again. Now ill happily go trucking in the baltic map :D Hopefully we gotta deliver some gifts soon
@ the brakes....Nothing like a full pad and rotor replacement on a new muli axle unit to keep the accountants happy ;) hehe
Happy trucking buddy :)
