Training Policy - BALANCED!
Should I keep all my employees at a training policy of "Balanced" or should I change it for every employee? I've just tried to change it for every employee I have, only 6 in total for now, and for all of them, except 1, their average profit per day went down pretty much. I don't know what to do with all these elements comprised in the training policy... Could anyone please help me to clarify this matter for me? I really want to maximize the potential and profit my employees can bring to my company. Thank you...

Ignore all of it. If you enjoy this sort of stuff play a different game for it. Bonus: Keep playing and you drown in money with no way to spend it all sooner or later.

You might squeeze a little extra out of your newly hired drivers through micro management (keeping them away from fuel economy and hazardous cargo skills for the first three or four skill points you can assign) but it doesn't help much to do so, and balanced is so much easier...

Balanced = Adds XP to all skill slots in a 'balanced' way.

Focused = XP only goes to that specific skill.

For hired drivers it makes little difference how you do it really.

I focus on High Value, Fragile and ADR until the have 1 level in each just so that they have a wider selection of jobs to take. Then I stick it on Long Distance until it maxes out. Then I will either put it on ADR (depends on where their HQ is) until maxed, or just put it back to balanced.

But as has been said, it's not really necessary. Nothing will make them get XP faster.

When I hire, I make sure they have at least one point in long distance (you can hire cheap drivers though). Then I go: ADR, then Long distance (doing this second gives them a greater variety of jobs theoretically). You can switch to balanced after that. Previous posts are right though; overall you won;t really notie much difference. Those decisions are more important for your own driving than for your hirees.
Thanks a lot guys, that really helped to clarify things. It was generous of you to answer me and I greatly appreciate it... As you have all mentioned, I've noticed that putting different policies makes them level up more in that specific policy so now, I understand more clearly what I have to do. And, my employees have started to make more money than when they were on Balanced. Again, thanks for info!
