Besides, it's just out so wont be on sale till next year sometime. If you love ETS2 and you don't see £13 as a lot of money -which it really isn't, the return in replayablity and exploring is miles more than that price, as you already know with owning ETS2
worth it.scs maps are getting better with each new map dlc,the same with ATS.oregan is a really well made map.
As for missing out I personally would say not really as no map expansiosn are really absolutely necessary but again I think it goes to your goals and how you play ETS2. If you are trying to drive longer routes or explore all or get all the achievements or things then yes not having a map dlc would mean you are missing out but if you just enjoy the driving and find what you have is enough for now you can wait to get the baltic expansion without issue as well.
