Have you tried with mods?
There are plenty of those on workshop, but you'll have to test that out.
And you can check something like this[ets2.lt] on external sites. Not sure will it work so maybe the best idea would be to try it on new profile so you won't mess up the main profile.

You can also find some console commands for PC here: http://idle-codes.com/euro-truck-simulator-2-2/

I'm pretty sure, they are workjing on MAC too, when you find a way to open the console.
