It is about the most complete package you can get new in that price range. I'm not a fan of what Logitech did with the pedals based on what I have read and would generally recommend a G27 over the new remodels but you can't get them new.
In any case, when Currys / PC World knock these out in a sale, they're very good value for money.

I have a low cost Extreme 3D joystick, but top quality CH Product pedals and I paid all of £130 for the 2. My config wouldn't be as ideal without the pedals, but in truth the throttle on my stick (currenlty used as a clutch) would be perfectly adequate for an accelerator and I find the brakes are touchy despite tweeked deadzone settings, such that a joystick button would almost be as good. If you play racing sims too though, disregard my suggestion as IMO there's no substitute for a good wheel for those games.
