Maybe try to verify the file integrity, if you don't know how to do it, here is a short step by step
Open steam, go to your ETS 2 icon, right click, click properties at the very bottom and then click on the local files tab and one of the options you will get is "VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME FILES" do that
If that doesn't fix it, well...
Re-install the game

I`d say it has something to do with the warnings, might have corrput files or hhd needs cleaning.
Try reading the most recent file he posted. The one with no mods in it.
Check to see if OneDrive has moved your files.
