Why my truck is Top speed at 56 mph

I play this game and i confues. Why my truck at 56 mph. I remember that the truck is top speed at 60 mph are somebody know how to fix it

With truck limiter on, your truck will only drive to 90km/h max. Without the limiter, it will go faster. The exception is WoT jobs, which will force you to 90km/h max, regardless of your settings.

stay with 90 kmph. It is better for you. You can turn off the speed limiter from Settings/Gameplay. In multiplayer TAB/3rd tab/uncheck speed limit box.

External contracts are also capped at 90km/h (and there is nothing you can do about this other than take non-external contracts).

Why should this be a problem? In r/l HGV's are restricted to 90kph and this is a driving simulator after all.
But also people can play this how they want but being limited to 90kph is not a bug/problem, its a choice.
