It would seem likely that it just doesn't support Dx11.1, which the game requires now. Looks like you're stuck on 1.35. Sorry.
And secoundly: Your available RAM is below minimum requirement. There is not much to do about it other than to have no other tasks running in the background.

The game is picking Intel over AMD, so you need to go over AMD and/or Intel driver settings to set preference/override/whatever.
AMD HD7600M feature level is DX 11.0 (ets2 needs 11.1)
You need to run the game in OpenGL, or revert back to 1.35.
i started the game on OpenGL on 1.36 version but it will not run
That log you posted was with dx11, can you post a log with opengl selected?
Are you sure that you have radeon 7600M, seems to me that you haven't right driver for it.
Windows 7 users have dx11 only and yet ETS2 works...
ETS2 don't need dx11.1, it's for windows 8, have few new tricks and is already replaced by dx11.2, dx11 hardware is enough.
Some GPUs, however, only support DX11.0
Having just two weeks ago 'jumped' to win 10 from win 7 - after 7 years with it and ETS 2 and my GeForce GTX 1060 6gb I can safely say DX 11.1 worked fine with 1.36 when I was using Windows 7.
Prior to that I was using a GeForce GTX 660 TI 2gb for nearly 7 years. That card supports DX 12

so your laptop must be on the verge of ancient.
Even my laptop is about 4years old now and it fully supports DX 12 on the GeForce 920 M 2gb and plays ETS2 and ATS on low settings, but still plays it comfortably for what I expect of it.
Win 8 had dx11.1 until updated to dx11.2
I still can't find offical statement that win 7 have full dx11.1, however I found this:

Portions of DX11.1 are being made available to Windows 7 users via the new IE10 Preview for Windows 7. If you don't wish to use the browser but do want the extensions then a standalone is available here:
Windows 8 includes an updated “DirectX 11.1 Runtime” that supports Direct3D 11.1, updates Direct2D andDirectWrite, DXGI 1.2, and a revision of the Windows Imaging Component (WIC).
Portions of the “DirectX 11.1 Runtime” are being made available on Windows 7 Service Pack 1 via the Platform Update for Windows 7 Service Pack 1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1 (KB 2670838) included with theInternet Explorer 10 Release Preview for Windows 7. This includes the updated components above, but is limited to WDDM 1.1 drivers on Windows 7.
