By unchecking the speed limiter box in options or not doing WoT contracts.

As above, there is a speed limiter in the options that locks you to 90 or less.

But that does not affect External Jobs, those are permanently locked to 90 or less and there is nothing at all you can do in that case.

I don't, this is not a racing game.

I personally stay at about 80kmh, except for France where I go 90kmh sometimes. All part of the immsersion.

But > Gameplay > Speed Limiter for normal loads.
External Contracts > Permenant 90kmh speed limit.

Carefully.
As far as I've seen, only permitted on some roads in UK by a very small margin. Otherwise I drive to whatever speed limit prevails.
For fast driving i go to Project Cars 2. ETS isn't a racing game.

You can disable speed limit going to game options :) External (World or Trucks) contracts are 90km/h and You can't do anything about it.

I believe he asked one simple question how to go above 90 km/h and not how he should or must play this particular single player game. He can and may play however he likes.

No, not this. This is a game, if someone who paid their own money for the game wants to race or drive fast that is their choice.

Whatever, But in WoT jobs he drive max 90KM/H, Same rule apply for everyone, I just dont get it at why constantly need to QQ about speed limit, (Usually kidz), This is truck simulator, Not a racing game like also other say.

Actually you don't have to if you don't want to. Turn fines off and road rules are irrelevant.

Exactly, I agree with you on that. But we don't need to talk about what type of game this is. He didn't ask that.
So if you aren't kid you should know the difference what means to be kid and what means to be an adult. If you weren't on that level of "childishness", doesn't mean he is not allowed to be. Whatever you don't get about their questions about the speed limits is irrelevant. We are not here to discuss that.

EDIT:
Besides, we have that option to turn off speed limit implemented by developers themselves, so why not to use it if he wants.
