This would not be the first game update that left older hardware behind. You can not expect the devs to continue catering to old hardware; eventually things move beyond the old capabilities. This is not a "fail" on the part of SCS.
Actually it is the player's fail for not keeping their hardware updated to at least within the last 5 years. I've seen people trying to keep using things like Nvidia Geforce 210 and BS like that. Using 10 year old hardware is not advisable nor is it the devs' responcibility to keep updating their code for it.
You can't play GTA 5 on a Playstation 1 can you? So why should you be able to play a new game or a new update on stone age hardware?
For some reason a lot of people who claim that they did not have mods (and so those could not be the problem) somehow have mods most of the time which cause those problems.
But for whatever reason the people only admit that (it is not a crime which you would have to hide) after posting a gamelog or after days where they say that mod xxx was really the culprit....even after original stating that they had no mods running......
After 1.32, while playing i've some dashboard flash and game reloads before it crashes completely to desktop.
Because that video card is no longer suitable.... and why still use it? The minimum requirements stated for the game is now the Nvidia 400's series (450 or higher) so I doubt the developers said that your 210 is "fine"
Someone with such an old card can not even begin to examine if a game is properly optimized. How long should developers keep updating code for old cards? I think almost a decade is more than long enough. The majority of gamers upgrade their hardware more frequently than every 10 years.
