Which Level is required to acces trailer ownership

Hey guys,

the new trailer ownership get's much more depth into the game so I decided to start a new career. I thought that I can use the new feature right from the start but now I am on Level 4 and still have no acces to the trailer ownership.

Does anybody know which level ist requeried to get access to trailer ownership?

Own Trailer

Is it worth to buy a trailer? i will save more money after some time? or better don't buy it? i dont play on money cheat or something like that and thats why i ask
