Sorry I am new to this I have never had a problem before, been playing this for 4 years, what do you need to know?

Go to the "Help" Menu at the top of Steam and select "System Information" and it will list all your computer specs. Then cut and paste it in here.

Start a new save with all mods disabled. Seems to be fixing the issue for many people. An update of this size does not always play nice with old save states

Well, for a start your video card is only a GT210 which is Very Old. The Minimum supported video card is a GeForce GTS 450.
CaptainNebulous Sep 19, 2018 @ 12:54am
Other than my suggestion.... it could very well be that the game has finally evolved beyond your ridiculously outdated hardware.

Video card and CPU release date is October of 2009. You'll be lucky to get even one more year out of that hardware before you'll be shut out completely from modern PC gaming until you buy a new computer.

I have read on both the ETS2 and ATS forums people have had trouble getting 1.32 to load or even work and All of them have old outdated hardware. Time to update people.

It wasn't intentional on SCS part that this has happened, in many ways it was ours.

People kept asking SCS to improve the rendering times, so they listened. Unfortunately in doing so it means really old hardware, mostly ones that didn't meet the minimum specs, are now having trouble with buffering.

When the switch to DX11 next year, I wouldn't be surprised if they change the minimum and recommended specs at the same time.

Dx11 switch??? OMG, my nvidia is only dx 9. For now no money for new gaming notebook, playing on consola mainly, pc for ETS2 and ATS, and some old goldies game .

Yeah, ETS2 and ATS will be going DX11 sometime next year so if your old video card doesn't support DX11 you gonna be in trouble.
