Does the WoT registration usually take this long?

So I tried to connect my ingame profile to the World of Trucks thingy. And I didn't have an account so I made a new one in game. It said the standard "check your e-mail for verifacation" but there was nothing. I had it resend it, and still nothing. About a week later (now) still no word.

I only ask this here because without that varifacation, I can't do diddly on the websight. And it seems like the system refuses to actually send it. If that's wrong, does it usually take this long?

And before the simplistic questions start rolling in, I'll answer them now.
Yes, I entered my e-mail correctly.
No, it's not in my 'junk' or 'spam' folders'. My e-mail box is kept 100% empty at all times so I know what comes in and what is supose to come in. And where it would be if something came in.

Lovely. I either make entirely new e-mail account somewhere else and use it for only this, or forgo the entirety of it.

You get free email addresses from you internet provider, those should not be blocking emails from WoT site.

I've heard of sights that require "pay for" e-mail addresses. Like some gaming 'leak' sights. But this is just dumb. It defeats the point of requiring an e-mail address in the first place.

Excuse me for trying to help, you never said it was your ISP email account. Nowhere in your post do you say what kind of email account it is. If it is a emaila ccount form your ISP then I don't know.

Excuse me for trying to help, you never said it was your ISP email account. Nowhere in your post do you say what kind of email account it is. If it is a emaila ccount form your ISP then I don't know.

Well an update to this is needed I see. Because with this new WoT update and the event that I can not participate in because of an issue out of my controll. But in the controll of the devs. FIX YOUR BROKEN SYSTEMS!

How can I participate when your systems don't send a simple verifacation e-mail!?

We currently have a bad experience with Microsoft based emails (Hotmail, Live, Outlook) where theirs system silently throws the verification emails away. If you are using something else, then please contact our support. Anyway unverified accounts are automatically deleted after 24 hours so you can simply create a new one.

Well if it didn't send it within the first 24 hours the first time. What good would it do to contact them? Or even try to create it again?

What I do see is a problem. And that problem can only be fixed by the devs of the game. And because I can not get the WoT verifacation sent to me. I complain about it here. Hoping to get their attention on it.

Its an MS issue. Ive had it many times over the years, with emails not getting to me until days later. Or having them stuck in spam folders automatically.

Well even if it was stuck in the spam folder, I'd see it. Because I keep my box 100% empty as I said before. Just call me a 'paranoid neat freak'.

To elaborate on that; It couldn't be all on MS to cause such action as it get's purged before the recipieant seeing it. There has to be something on the devs side that would warrent MS's systems to do that.

I mean if I can get the verifacation from a game that isn't even supported by it's orignal dev team any more because it's concidered 'abandonware' and 10+ years old (Neocron Evolution) without any problems. Then surely WoT should have no problems either.
