I deleted and did not have backup of the file "live_streams.sii" that contained all the original radio stations of the game, and I put in its place a list of radio stations VERY BAD! I deleted this file when I was 9, and I had no idea what a backup was. I've been trying for years to search for the original radio stations, but I do not think so. Try deleting the file and then verifying your game files.
Right click on game, select properties, goto local files tab and press verify game files.
