Emergency brake

Hello,why it's doesn't add emergency brake ?It's more userfull for brake if a car is in your ''face''.I have the Volvo FH18 Globoster XL and emergency brake it's doesn't exist.No handbrake
Any we can help me please?

Google tells me that what you called emergency brake could also be called parking brake and that one is the spacebar key.

After all the radars, cameras and computers decides there is a clear and present danger it is still the brakes that are used to stop the truck. The parking brake is never used to brake the vehicle, only to keep it from rolling if the driver is not responding after the system have stopped the truck.
