Can not complete WoT job, stuck in endless turn-in loop

Right, so I picked up a short WoT job. This would be about the 4th one I've done on ETS (I've done many more on ATS, so am pretty familiar with the process). They've all gone quite well before.

I got to my destination, reported in, chose and completed my parking. As soon as I unhitched the trailer, the usual "Synchronizing progress with World of Trucks" dialog came up for a second. Then it faded away and made like it was going to go to the results screen. Except the "Synchronizing..." dialog came back into view, sat there for about 5 or 6 seconds, then it said it was "Unable to connect" (or something to that effect), and it was "Restoring last known position".

It put me right back inside the gate where I first reported in to select my parking. Went through the whole process all over again. Same thing.

I tried another 7 or 8 times, trying to skip parking so I could get the thing turned in because it kept resetting me back to the gate. No luck. I finally discovered that by being fast and clicking the Cancel button during synchronization, it would suspend my online job.

Now I apologize for the length of this post, but there is more.

This all happened a few days ago. Since then, I've gone into the game many times.. no problem connecting on startup. I even posted some new screenshots. After completing some regular freight market jobs, I noticed the "Online Job Suspended" notice at the top-left of the pause screen. I figured I'd try it again.

I clicked the notice which did a quick server synchronization and then put me right back inside the gate of that facility with my trailer hitched and everything. Chose and completed my parking.. right back to the "Unable to connect" endless loop. I finally clicked the Cancel button quick enough and got the job suspended again. I forgot how many hundreds of kilometers I had to drive to get here, I just want to turn it in.

I have no WoT connection problems when starting or exiting the game, posting screenshots, or even browsing the WoT contracts in different cities. It just puts me in this endless loop when trying to turn the job in.

Edit: I know some people might suggest canceling the job and trying again with another one. After all, the online jobs were working fine for me until this one.. which was all completed in one sitting. Taking the cancellation penalty would hurt, but is an option. Is there any way to force the job to cancel without a penalty? For it not being the fault of the player, I mean. Of course I'd love to find a way to turn this job in since it has me parked right inside the gate.

Are you using any map changing mods like promods or TSM? If so, you can’t do WoT-Jobs, because WoT is not able to synchronize your position. I had a similar issue after installing promods.

Yes, I do have Promods installed. I didn't think about how that would've affected WoT contracts in certain areas of the official maps. I suppose that would be the problem then. Thanks for the insight on that!
