Northern Fennoscandinavia / Arctic Europe
It would be pretty cool if there was a potential DLC sometime in the future that added Northern Fennoscandinavia, maybe you could have some special industries such as oil or forestry, maybe add some challanging roads like they have in Northern Norway.

Maybe Finland comes together with the Baltic States. Otherwise it will be next with northern Scandinavia. My guess, for the last four DLCs were East-North-West-South. Now we have East again, so... ;)

P.S.: I would love to see Finland in the game! :steamhappy:
