Barrier down across Glasgow quarry exit
How do you raise the barrier in order to drive out?

Using mods? Do you have a screenshot? The barrier at entrances to quarries don't ever close in the vanilla game.

No mods - only thing new is using TrackIR today. I'll go back into the game without using TrackIR to see if that clears the barrier. If not I'll get the screenshot.

No joy without Track IR - still locked in the quarry. I now have a screenshot - please tell me how you van view it.

You must not have taken the screenshot in the game, as there are none on your Profile here in Steam.

you can't open this barrier,find other exit.

Tried that after finding this barrier - no other apparent exits. The Nav shows that this is the correct one.

I wonder if its because I never drove in but teleported into the cab from the quick drive!

The Nav does not work in the quarries itself.....as you can see on your own screenshot.
And not sure as i always forget the layout.....but if you reverse and try to look for a way more left you probably will find a way up

OK, I have dropped the Trailer and driven around with the truck - no other roads out. The Nav seems to be working OK. Reluctant to end the job will 10 grand! I really don't think its me. So.....

I have not been in the quarry lately, but that looks like the barrier that goes out from the middle of it, past a warehous/factory type of building. Am I correct?
Can you make a screenshot out of the cab view?

Screenshot taken - see my profile. The Nav indicates that this is the way out.

it doesnt, the sat nav (red line) only indicates the way out when you are out of the quarry. you exit the way you went in

Thanks for that Tommie59. Much better if I had beeb able to drive in instead of being transported! Anyway took my Old Granpapies advice - If you don't first succeed - give up. So went back in time and took another job.

Anyway thank you for your help - I'll see if I can get a delivery in or wait till I get my own truck.
