Can't repair truck
So, I recently bought a Volvo FH Globetrotter XL, and I was driving from Paris to Berlin (at the time, I didn't have the Berlin garage yet) when I got into a pretty bad crash. No big deal, I quick travel to my Luxembourg garage I crashed along the Luxembourg-France border), get to the nearest dealership, and fix up my truck. I then customize it a bit, then I drive off.

Then I accidentally side-swipe a DAF pulling a tanker. 13% damage. Here's where the problem starts.

I have an "oh ♥♥♥♥" moment, and I bolt back down to the dealership. I go to the repair screen, and it shows my damage, but it says it costs literally no money at all. I click on it, and nothing happens.

Now, speed up to me arriving in Berlin. I'm in the Volvo, and I seriously ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up a lot on the drive there (such as an AI van catching up to me and literally rear-ending me at high speeds), so I'm now at 28% damage. I buy the Berlin garage and get over to the MAN dealership across the street to repair the truck. I go to the repair screen, same thing; it says I have damage, but it costs nothing and I can't click it.

Essentially, I can't repair my truck, and the only way for me to fix it is to sell my truck and get it again. And it's seriously ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ up my money; before this happened, I had about 68k, then around 40-something-k when I bought the truck the first time. I now have 23k. As I type this, my truck is at 1% damage.

And no, mods likely aren't doing it. Unless a lightbar mod and a truck skin are enough to pretty much break the repair system, it's probably some messups with the coding.

Help is greatly appreciated. Some people out there are having the same problem as me, they need the help too.

Don't say that if you haven't checked with a clean profile. You are using lots of mods, including these ones:

Sounds like a problem with this:
00:00:46.536 : [mod_package_manager] Mod "Everything is free" has been mount.

Wrong. Outdated mods can do a lot of harm

I get that outdated mods can do a lot of harm. That's why I can't really check my London garage; it's got a Skoda in it that was last up-to-date in version 1.26.

Thing is, none of my mods on my Volvo, and none of the mods that could remotely ♥♥♥♥ up my Vovlo, are outdated. I mean, it has a skin on it, but I seriously doubt that's what's causing it.

Post your game.log.txt to pastebin.com (no account needed) and then post the link here and we'll have a look for you.

There's a few errors relating to cabin items (mostly for a wallet) as well as for a truck beacon.
There's also some errors for the Skoda superb.
Try verifying your game files. (Right click on game, select properties, goto local files tab and press verify game files.)

Well ♥♥♥♥, that's in both of my trucks. I'll get those out or something and check, just in case me ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ around with the wallet ends up obliterating my game.

I'll turn that off and check, if it works that way.

Alright, I'm pretty sure that it was the "Everything is free" mod that was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ up my repairs. Turns out, the cheater's way isn't all too good. Thanks, pieperjohanns.
