In older parts of the map, sure. It struggles in more intensive areas.

I ran it with ultra and 300% (1080p) scaling without issues. It will drop into the 30 fps range in some cities, but it can just about hold it's own.

I use a 2gb gtx 960, with an intel 4460, and i can't run the game on ultra with 300% scaling. I used to be able to, but for some reason now i can't.
