Cache
Is it advisable to clear cache after each game play? I have not done this before at all so I'm not sure.

ETS2 does not have a cache to clear as it does not keep one.

But for my profile there is cache though. Viewed this through PC>Documents>Euro Truck Simulator 2. Same goes for ATS

So it does. That's new. You shouldn't worry about that cache. Deleting it will make your profile load slower as it'll have to generate it again. As is usually the case when clearing the cache.

My earliest cache file is November 2017. So new in relation to the age of the game, yes. Unless I've missed it all this time.
