How do I get ets2 1.30 to work on my pc?

I have been trying every trick to get ets2 1.30 to run and it wouldn't work do I need any dlcs for it to work or is it incompatible with my Windows 7 laptop or is the update fake?

No, you don't need any DLCs to download the 1.30 patch, if you have steam, just download the game and it should keep the game up to date without you having to do anything.
What version are you on right now?

If your using Mods some of them might be out of date and causing the crashes.

windows 7 laptop? whats the model number of the laptop? it could provide a clue if the laptop is the problem.

this is very low hardware, but i think it might just work on lowest settings?
be sure to setit up so it uses the graphical card.
but maybe its better to refund it??? ot will not look very well.
