Can someone please help and tell me which GPU will run ETS2 on the best graphics way possible, i want to run the game on ultra or with scaling at 400% which card would be the best option to go with for thanks in advance.

My gameplay grahics is not that good i cannot see dails on truck dash properly then power line are broken game sometimes freeze for second or two then gameplay resumes..but it happens through out the whole time i play the game...so would it be best to just upgrade gpu or save up and get new pc.

Depends on what the rest of your specs are.

At this moment I run the game on ultra, but scaling on 200% with the following specs;

Intel Core i5-7600 CPU @ 3.50GHz
MSI Z270 SLI Plus motherboard
NVidiaGeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB
8GB RAM DDR5
500GB SSD

That is the most I can make of this game right now. If your specs are lower, I would say try to save some money to upgrade your system step by step.
To run it on ultra with a 400% scaling I guess a 1060 or 1070 NVidia serie GPU will be needed. (I don't know what GPU of other brands would be like to compare to these.)

If you can't afford like others have suggested, by saving for the 1050 or 1050Ti, then DO NOT go anywhere near the GT 730 as you'll get the same experience with some intergrated graphics solutions.
I have gt 730 wasnt sure if the 1030 would be a better upgrade from the 730

Well, for what I can see you need a couple of upgrades to be able to play this game on higher settings.
Try to add another 4gb of RAM, this will give your system more room to process multiple actions at the same time.
Upgrade your graphics card to a 1060 or 1070 serie or something similar.
You might want to look for an i5 processor, but this could mean you have to change your whole system since some sockets aren't available anymore.

For example;
My previous system ran on i3 dual core with 4gb RAM. I wanted to change the processor, but the socket I had wasn't available anymore. So I had to replace my motherboard as well to fit a new processor, and then my RAM didn't fit on the new motherboard so I had to replace my RAM as well.

So be sure all your new components fit on the components you already have or they will be useless, wich is a waste of your money.

Search on internet for the info you can find about the stuff you might want to buy, and ask at your local computer store if all the components will fit together before you start buying.

It will be more expensive than the $160,- you had in mind, but just a new GPU won't get your game to the level you want.

Nvidia not ment to be for gamers? What are you even thinking? It's very well ment to be for gamers, better to be said, Nvidia is not meant for cheapskates.

''nvidia the way it's meant to be played'' :steamsalty:

When you go looking for a brand new pc, you might want to try and build your pc on your own. That way you can order the stuff you really want without making concessions on any part, plus it might be easier to upgrade step by step in the future.
Also it could be cheaper to build your own, since you don't have to pay a big brand for their name and assembeling it. It's not too hard to build it, all the components come with installation guides on how to place and connect each part. Although you really need to be sure everything fits and works together, which won't be the case if you buy a complete pc at once.

The best choice is a new PC. But if you can't, you should consider adding more RAM and new GPU. Keep in mind that you need better power supply etc. So, probably a new PC is a good idea. And you can use something from your old PC like HDD and maybe that 4GB RAM kit. But you'll need to check some other specs for that.

From GT 730 to GTX 1030 is not a good upgrade. Skip that for sure.

The difference in performance would be monumental with an upgrade from a GT730 to GT1030. If all you can afford is that upgrade, do it. You will notice for sure an improvment over what you have now.

Just bought an EVGA SC GTX1060 6GB at Xmas and can play ultra everything 400% hitting between 140fps to 85fps in cities and built-up areas and running tons of mods inc snow roads/weather. This on a i5-3570k, 16GB dual channel kingston DDR3, ASUS Maximus V Gene MoBo. Samasung EVO 850 SSD and two 2/3TB Western Digital HDD. It's a 5 year old rig but plays everything from GTAV,Mass Effect Andromeda,RE7,Watch Dogs 2 at 1920x1080p at 60fps.

As has been said, do NOT bother with a graphics card with less than 6GB for ultra textures in games, because most games today require over 3GB on the GPU. The game is now viusally **MIND BLOWING** as smooooooth as silk with NO micro stutters or anything. The 1060 6GB is pretty much going to serve you for a few years at least as specs creep up

btw, found this;
NVIDIA was here at Massdrop HQ a couple of weeks ago re-confirming what we already know. There is a couple of reason why there is a shortage and also such a high demand of cards.

First the shortage.
All new cell phones coming out by Apple and Samsung (and others) last year started using the same memory as graphics cards. Apple and Samsung are willing to pay more for this memory to make sure they get it first and all of it that they need. This has created a shortage of memory for the much smaller companies like MSI, Gigabyte, Asus, and EVGA to make graphics cards.

Next the demand
This is obvious as the mining craze thats been going on has created a huge demand in the market as miners are goblin up just about every card available on earth.

These two things combined has just made it a tough time for any system builder out there that just wants a card or two for their rig.

While NVIDIA was here they also let us know that the pricing in the market will continue to go up through Q3 of this year most likely before we start seeing any type of relief. So, unfortunately the end to this is not right around the corner and we have not seen the worst of it yet.

Let me finish by telling everyone on Massdrop this. I will continue to list graphics cards that I can for the community if I am able to offer a competitive price. Also, as I have mentioned in other graphics cards drops we are selling this for right above our cost just barely covering back end expenses.

Why should Massdrop offer these cards above MSRP? Well, there are still customers who want to build computers now and not wait 6, 9, 12 months for the market to stabilize. So as long as I can bring them a better deal than what is currently available I will continue to do so. That being said MSRP is kind of out the window at this point so keep your eye on market price VS Massdrop as you will not see any cards out there anywhere close to MSRP for a while to come.

So if you can get a hold of a graphics card ASAP, do it!!

I don't know how it is in your country, but a 1050 or 1060 NVidia cart isn't much of a problem to buy over here, it's the 1070 and 1080 that are hard to get a hold on. Pricing is high on all the cards, that's for sure.

If the budget he has only covers a GT1030, I highly doubt he will be able to afford a GTX 1080Ti.
