Tripple monitor setup with different monitor sizes/resolutions
Hello, I have three monitors set up side by side. I am looking for a way to use my three monitors in ETS and also not making the display cut in height.

I have tried nvidia surround but i could not change to a custom resolution and also my computer got a bluescreen when i restarted it and logged in (only once).

Thank you:)

My montiors are:
LEFT : Asus 24" 1920x1080p
CENTER : Acer Predator 27" 2560x1440p
RIGHT : BenQ 24" 1920x1080p

Oof, that's quite the task.
Did that work for other games, having those different resolutions?

the resolutions were all wrong. supposed to be about 6400 pixels wide, but it was about 3000 something pixels wide instead, and my middle (27" monitor) had huge blackbars on the sides as well as the res was Way off

I'm not that experienced with multi-monitor gaming, it sounds like it would be a nightmare to use those three monitors with that combination of resolutions for any game. :/

I have never heard of a triple setup that works with different screen sizes and resolutions therefore. Doesnt mean it couldnt work though. I am using a triple set myself but I have 3 screens of same brand and size.

i wish i could have my three monitors the same model ;P but my main monitor (the one i want more if in that case) costs $990 USD, so i cannot afford more than one at the moment :P

If you see the centre one to the same resolution as the others it should be fine. I use surround on 3 monitors similar to yours.

hmm, my problem though is that when i activate surround it changes the res on all monitors to a 4:3 low-res image.

You might try Googling: "nvidia surround different resolutions" -- lots of things come up on that search, including videos. ;)

hiya, guys, I have 3 24in BenQ monitors set up with Eyefinity it spans three screens but I'm struggling with fov i cant get my head around it. also to not ive not manipulated any config files or multimon.config as it spans nicely with my setting as the are screen middle and right are fine just my left looks to close
One of the best features of ETS2 is its ability to use varying multi monitor. Use mutlimon mode 4 in config.cfg and it will create another file called multimon_config where you can tweak each of your 3 monitors to your prefs.

Im my 4 screen setup I use the lowest FOV possible. Strangely if I zero horizontal and vertical FOV in config.cfg/multimon_config files the FOV slider works but it is totally wrong. Instead I use a 40 horizontal FOV overide in multimonitor_config then use a mod that unrestricts my seat so I can move it to the locsation that fits the low FOV. Unfortunately the new Scania's dont use use the old seat/camera system so none of the seat mods work correctly. Using this low of a FOV will not let you see your dash. I used to use ets2telemtery server then use my tablet to display the dash. Now I use multimon mode 3 and have my fourth monitor below my center monitor to display the dashboard.

The advantages of a low FOV is the game is slowed down to a much more relaistic speed than stock. 50 MPH feels like 50 instead of 150.

Just an FYI mode 2 is broken. Anti Aliasing and low fr.

Very useful information - thanks for sharing it!

I tried a three monitor with different resolutions setup but never got it to work nicely.
I had a 24" 1920x1080p center with two 19" 1280x1024 sides. The screen edges matched up perfectly. But I didnt like the stretched cabin view and I could only see the top of the steering wheel but none of the dials.

Axo, did you ever get it working? I have the same monitor sizes and resolutions.
