Pixelated sky

My skybox is all pixelated and i'm not entirely sure why, I've tried project next gen graphics and frosty winter weather mod (separately) but my sky is still pixelated. I've also tried vanilla with no graphics mods and my sky is still messed up. Help!

Try to upgrade all your mods, it can very well be the Snow mod you use there does that.

Try to start an new clean profile without any kind of mods and see if it does the same.

Take a look at your Graphic setings to see if they stand correct to your graphic card you have and the monitor you use.

Welp sadly disabling the snow mod and every graphics mod i have didn't do anything nor did making a profile with no mods at all, still have a pixelated sky. I'm also not overriding any ingame settings via radeon settings app. Verifying my game cache thru steam didn't help either. Do you have any more ideas?

Oh, my bad. I thought I had already said my settings were on the Ultra preset but it seems like I didn't. My bad!

Well there's no clouds like my image first of all, and second of all are you using mods? My skybox used to look very nice and HD, like a skybox should and i don't know what happened to mine but it's all pixelated and it looks so bad compared to everything else. :/

well if it occurs without mods, its a graphic setting...I play on High personally...

I guess i'm just wondering why this is happening to me all the sudden. I even remember back in older versions the sky looked really nice and HD but now it doesn't. I'll fiddle with my settings again but on ultra you would think everything would be as nice as possible.

UPDATE: So even with project next gen + weather mod, my sky still looks extremely low quality. I've messed with every possible setting at this point, and i'm out of ideas. I've also tried reinstalling but that didn't do anything either.

Did you try to make new profile without mods to see if your profile have issues?
Try reset defauts in graphic setting page then restart steam
Try to launch game dx9 then restart steam and try dx11
See game log.txt or use pastebin.com to share full log so we can see issues
