Remove Side Mirror

Please give us back the Option to remove the little side Mirror.
It does saves a lot of fps for me.
Also let us remove the lens Hood, it has a bug with shading the area, it´s really annoying.
(Also this front wind screen grey-washed-out mode might be realistic, but i would like to see white as white and not as grey.....)

Why not also remove all windows, the main mirrors, the roof, the doors, ...

What he probably means is that SCS got forced to use orginal Models, because of the license rights...ye is a pitty...., i just don`t understand why they dont let it free to mod at least...

It is free to mod. You can remove it from any truck with mods. I do it to every truck.

It is free to mod. You can remove it from any truck with mods. I do it to every truck.

Ok nice, when i was looking for this mod i only found virus links , would be nice you can send me a link or show me how to do this please :)
(or better you make a mod in workshop for this :P)

Just edit the "Data.sii" file for the truck to remove the "requires s_mirror" line , thatworks on most trucks. For ones it doesnt work on you need to edit the cab file also and remove the mirror from its requirements.

And sorry dont upload to workshop for ETS2, my stuff is mostly reworks of other peoples mods.

You can of course just lower the detail, resolution and distance to the lowest settings for the mirrors. Instant FPS gain
