The update can clear data from the game files using a "fixer" patch, which essentially just removes data and corrects any code required. You would still need to download the fixer itself so that's why it would show more to download rather than less.

Imo the update was just a background patch for the WoT system to make sure its not generating any more contracts for the event.

I see no evidence of anything ETRC related being removed, just a handful of paint job changes, which are mostly (as others have said) DAF related. I am only interested in the textual data files not the binary files though, so I might have missed some items of interest to others

Nope. It was the first thing I checked once it was clear no log was coming.

That Daf skin on the truck looked horrible, as if it was made by an intern on a Monday.
to be fair, haven't checked the dds to see if that is also horrible, but i've seen better from others and myself on that particular paint job.
