How many garages do you need to unlock the menu buy option?

I was gonna ask the same question. How many do you have to buy by finding them as you drive around before you can just use the "Garage Purchase" button? At the moment it's greyed out and says I have to find garages and purchase them.

I was told to drive to 3 garages and buy them.
Then you can buy them without having to do all the work.

Zero. As of 1.35 you don't need to unlock any of them. They are all in the garage dealer screen.

Important is that you have to read the e-mail from real estate broker. After it you can buy them from the map ;)

My version of ETS doesn't have a "Garage Purchase" button, and I don't have any email from a real estate broker.

Are you guys talking about v1.35? If not, where is the "Garage Dealer" screen?

i discovered all of them in every city.. that will be future in 1.35 looks like.. once u discover them u can buy them from menu witch is really great

Yes, they are talking about 1.35 version of the game which is still in beta.
