Shut down automatically

I start playing ets2 but after about 5 minutes game suddenly shut down. I can hear game sound also I can see ets2 on task manager. However, I can't see it on the task bar. I deleted and downloaded again but it didn't work. What should I do ?

if your steam window shows its in your taskbar, below and also your game, then you can use ALT + TAB to switch back and forth between them/ it does that to me after i pause the game for a few minutes, it goes to the STAEM screen and the game itself is still running in the back ground. hit ALT+TAB and you are back on the game screen, since your mouse wont work while the game is running!

Thanks for everyone I updated my gpu driver and it solved.

what gpu do you use? why is auto update been off for 4 years

auto update is off because I have another pc and I use it quite more.

The previous NVIDIA update had a serious memory leak. That's why people don't use autoupdate.

I usually give it a week and monitor what others are saying, if there's no major issues only then do I update.
