Schumi"s Iveco Hi-Way Reworked V. 2.5 Causing CTD's

I downloaded and installed version 2,5 of the Iveco Hi-Way Reworked by Schumi mod and it caused the sim to eventually crash. This was confirmed by my game.log.txt file. Now I cannot remove or re-locate the driver or sell the truck. If I click on the driver in Driver Manager or on the truck in Truck Manager the game crashes. I have tried uninstalling 2.5 and re-installing and installing version 2.6 but no joy. I have also tried to go back to an earlier save where I thought possibly the file was not corrupted. Is there a way to sell or remove this truck without crashing the sim? I have also posted this on the SCS forum. Thank you for your help.

Did you give the modded truck to a driver? If so never do that, I don't know if this work but you can try to drive that truck then sell

I didn't know that giving a modded truck to a driver was a problem. Lesson learned. Just clicking on the driver or the truck causes a crash. Thanks

I solved it by rolling back to a save from before I installed the truck mod. I lost quite a bit of progress but so it is. No more truck mods for me
