Edit: . . . Me Wants THAT Monitor!!!
If you want to play other driving/racing games besides ETS2 or ATS then seriously consider not buying a Logitech and instead look at a better quality model from Thrustmaster or Fanatec.
I can't afford all those fancy smancy doodads
Good lord, I just had a nerdgasm!
If you aren't going extreme, the TMX Pro from Thrustmaster is a nice buy, since it was my first wheel I tried. I tried my friends Logitech before I bought, and glad I didn't buy it. I gave away my TMX over a year ago since I wanted a high end wheel, and it's still working great.
Compare and shop online. You can get better deals than going to a store. The nice thing about Thrustmaster is that you can buy the wheel to start with, and add parts to complete your setup over time. With the Logitech, it's cheaper, but will break just when you are having a moment of glory.
Never heard of that until just now. I've been saying that for at least a decade.
If buying new, the TMX/T150 is the only one I would recommend for entry level. If buying 2nd hand, consider Logitech G25/27 or the Driving Force GT.
Otherwise, save you money and get something much better later.
