do i have to fill fuel tank to full?
new to this game guys and i never thought id love it! tried the demo and love how relaxing it is especially going through the radio stations

anyway I just thought id try out re-fuelling but didnt want a whole tank - can you just fill it half way and leave?

Yes you can, but why would you do that. Takes a few second to fill up. Cost isn't really a thing.

If you cross the border, the price can be cheaper there, and then you do, just like in the real trucker life, calculate how much you need, to get there.
As well, as that you know that your truck will sell after a ride, just fill enough to do that ride.

You aren’t required to completely fill it up. You can stop filling whenever you want. You don’t have to wait until it’s full.

Pull up at the fuel station>turn off the engine>press and hold the enter key to fuel up>leave it whenever you want>drive off until you need to refill again.
In case of confusion, stop at a fuel station. Turn off the engine and press enter repeatedly. You'll see that fuel flow stops when you stop.
If you need further clarification, uninstall the game.
