Can I please get a full list of garage locations?

I have fully upgraded my starting garage, and would like to buy all the others. Can someone please just list the cities that have one? Also include the DLCs that have a city, but make it known they are from a DLC. I have yet to buy any ETS2 DLC, but plan to eventually. (I just got the game recently, wanting to explore the base content first)

Thanks. Also, for this SCS event of delivering presents to diferent cities, I've completed tier 1 but have not gotten the rewards. How do we get them?

Go to the events section in your World of Trucks profile and you will be able to redeem them there.
