I use an old Logitech Gran Turismo Force wheel. The newer versions of the LGS and Profiler software don't see it at all, so I have been using v5.02 without issue under Win7 64-bit (even though it says it was made for Vista, still works fine). Might work for your wheel.

Tried the download link. Dosent work. Meant to show up in the detection devices. Nothing shows up for me. Then this readme file says

1.3.2 UNSUPPORTED DEVICES

There is no support for gameport or serial port products. In addition,
these older USB products are not supported:

WingMan Force
WingMan Formula Force

Does this mean no game supports those two wheels or something

Well, darn... So you need something even older, then, evidently.

I've been digging, but it appears they never made a 64-bit driver for that wheel. Some issue at the time of Microsoft not certifying their drivers for that wheel so they never released 64-bit for it.

I'll try and find another one though they are very expensive even second hand
