Why i can't use my xbox 360 controller to play ETS2? I have already reset the driver...but still can't use it in gameT.T Please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Same for me and my Xbox360 controller. No issues in maybe 2 years of on and off playing the game.

I have reseted those settings...But it was no any action.....But steam controller setting can detect it.......

It's a wireless?
There's a know issues, a very tiny fuse burns rendering it useless, I short fixed, but I don't recommended it, very tiny solder and can bring a lot of expensive issues

Big Picture mode can change the aspects of the XBox controllern( top right of steam screen?) If so launch it go imto properties and take away the tick box for Xbox controller. Your controller will now work properly in the game. Mind exit big picture mode.

I can use it in big picture..And it can use perfectly....but when i enter th EST2 ....It can't detect my controller....All bottoms are no action in game..

That's your answer. I setup my wired XBox controller in ETS2/ATS and they work perfectly. IF i launch Big Picture, it launches another profile for the game that **doesn't*** work. Turn it off.It 's more hassle than it's worth. Big Picture mode uses emulation mode for things like the right joystick taking the place of the mouse inc left/right buttons. Ideal for games like My Summer Car, which partialy works with XBox but must also use mouse.

Try setting up your own buttons for the game in Big Picture, but to be honest my advice is forget it. Turn it off for in the picture i sent you

You ddin't need to redownload ETS2. Next time just try exiting and restarting steam if your controller doesn't go back to 'normal' after Big Picture. Glad it's sorted
