Si tu l'as acheté sur Steam (et quasi impossible de l'acheter ailleurs), il n'y a pas de code d'activation car il n'y en a pas besoin.

In theory, it should already be activated. Log off from Steam, log back in, and it will start downloading.

In your Library, on the ETS2 page, right in the middle of the screen there is a list of all DLC's you own. Check to see if you have Vive la France. If you do have it, make sure it has a checkmark next to it. If there's no checkmark, click there to get the checkmark. If it's there, click it off and then click it back on. Somehow, your download should start.
