the developers just having some fun with the names
if you want a brutal realstic truck driving simulator then drive a real truck
i think you would see this game is not a direct one to one simulation of driving and owning a cargo company
well most of the drivers ( I would say around 90%) are real people and they are from SCS Software. So that why, there are so many Pavel, Jiri, Martin names in the game. :)
