But the impact to the game isn´t really noticeable. Only tyre size does some remarkable changes.
If I mount on a front axle, the rain rating goes from a E to a C. Very nice.
If I mount on a rear axle, the rain rating goes from an E to a D. Not as nice. Why the differnce in tire rating?

If I remember rightly, these continental tyres I use both are graded: B, B, 75

Because in real life, there are steer tires, and there are drive tires, steer tires ONLY go on the steering axle, and drive tires ONLY go on the drive axles. Also, steer tires and drive tires are treaded differently from each other, thus the rating will be different.
how exactly does tyre change the sound? I'm confused.
