Scania R or Streamline?
What's the difference between Scania Streamlina and the R series? Which one is better?

Streamline is more aerodynamic and has more fuel efficient engines.

Also, I think the Streamline has more engine power versions than the R. You could check to make sure by clicking the About button and exploring all the trucks options.
No the design is a LITTLE BIT different

The Streamline is the newer version, just as the Volvo Classic and the newer Volvo FH and the Mercedes-Benz Actros and the newer Mercedes-Benz Actros MP4.

So the benefit of owning Streamline that it is faster that the R series?

Faster, more powerful, more fuel efficient.

So, if I compare the Volvo and the Scania Streamline, which one is better?

Mate, the better truck is the one you like the most. The trucks in the game can be differentiated by outside and inside looks, sound, max power, and perhaps handling (not sure about this last one). You could drive them all through quick jobs, look at all of them in the About menu, and decide for yourself. Ten different people on these forums will tell you ten different things, because each and everyone likes something on a different truck. So enjoy the game driving the truck YOU think it's the best. It's part of the fun of ETS2 to try them all and decide for yourself. And it's even easier to draw a conclusion if you've already narrowed it down between Volvo and Scania.

If you check Scania's website, you will see that there is no separate "Streamline" model. The Streamline IS a Scania R with Aerodynamic refinements. In the game, the Streamline model also gives you the Euro 6 engines.

No, all my trucks drive 90kph, and i said it is more fuel efficient. I drive a R490 (yes, 490hp, every idiot can put the biggest V8 in it, and i don't want that) and it takes quite a while between rest stops to fill up.

^ Old topic, but maybe some people like to follow the rules of the road and leave it on?

I can't tell any difference at all.

Exactly
It's like the Facelifted DAF XF E6
It's an improved replacement...

The new S and R series are completely different, just wait a little ;)
