What a Promods Europe map it is now!

I don't know why I spent so many hundreds of hours driving around without Promods. With all the official map DLC (including Italy) and Promods installed, ETS2 Europe is bigger and better than I ever imagined.

I highly recommend it to anyone else, like me, who has long wished to deliver a cargo from Sicily to Iceland!

agreed, i use RusMap.1.75 and ProMods 2.25 ....it makes ATS with C2C look small :)

I tried Promods and Rusmap and did not like them at all. I uninstalled them and stick with official maps only.

What did you find wrong with them? The only thing I can think of is lag. I'll admit I'm not a fan of Rusmap, but ProMods is on a whole higher level.

Basic problem with those mods is that they arent compatibile with multiplayer. This game is soo boring without multi. I dream about official "lite" multiplayer - plays with 2-6 friends online with bot traffic.

13,000 peak players + hundreds in queue = empty? I don't think so. Sure on the far reaches of the map it's empty. But the cool places have enough traffic.

The only people playing multiplayer are the people who like to take screenshots of the sunrise or make Youtube crash compilations.

The italy part of Promods has presumably now been erased, so I kind of wonder what Pro-mods will work on.

Everybody seems to be hesitant about doing Spain and Portugal because it involves driving over the Pyrenees - stunning views coupled with narrow, winding mountain roads with a million ways to plummet to your truck's doom permanently. Spain is like, the level before the boss level. But I still think Spain will come sooner or later.

Maybe Ireland will come next? There's not so many cities in Ireland but it's a great opportunity to update UK roads, which have been neglected for ages.

In fact the entire reason ProMods didn't work on Ireland was because they thought they'd get it a lot sooner.
